Roof Curbs
Fully welded, insulated, galvanized steel. Pitch-corrected to the actual roof slope so every component seats level and seals correctly, regardless of the building geometry. Engineered in-house from the spec. No catalog dimensions applied to a building they weren't designed for.
Spring Isolation Curbs
A two-piece galvanized steel assembly with coil springs that absorb continuous mechanical vibration before it reaches the building structure. On a data center build where cooling runs 24/7, vibration isolation isn't an option. It's the specification. The spring isolation curb system is typically the highest-value component of the rooftop package, and it's where the engineering makes the difference.
Equipment Covers / Temporary Curb Caps
When components are ready before the equipment arrives, and on large data center builds supply chains break, open penetrations expose the building and stall work. Custom Curb fabricates galvanized steel caps to seal and protect until the equipment is on site. No field welding. No schedule interruption. The build keeps moving.
